Message	get a response from them. It was a long time ago, so I don't remember all the details, but I know I tried all I could think of, and kept getting generic responses telling be they were doing everything right and that I could try this-or-that method of getting my money. Then one day they returned my money, with no comment on any of my attempted contacts or why it took so long. ... Talk to buyers local police department. In another example of mine, the guy finally made good after the second visit from his local policeman.
